Mudon constructing Titanium complex in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh

With a built-up area of 5,000 square meters MUDON observes growth in demand for administrative real estate and begins constructing Titanium complex in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh

Mudon Group stressed the importance of the private sector's role in implementing the state's plans to develop the various regions of Kuwait and provide the necessary commercial, administrative and recreational services. The CEO of Mudon Group, Eng. Omar Najm said that the group is looking to meet the increasing demand for administrative and commercial real estate in a number of areas of Kuwait and began constructing Titanium administrative complex with a building area of 5,000 square meters in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, distributed over five floors and 30 offices, at a cost total up to 3 million dinars.

Najm explained that the new project, which has been started, is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2022 after the design and licensing phase has been completed in accordance with the top requirements and standards that ensure meeting customers' needs. He added that the new complex would help meet the significant growth in demand for administrative offices in that region, which suffers from an apparent scarcity of administrative spaces available for rent, especially that the complex offers flexible alternatives for areas to meet the needs of different segments of customers.

Najm explained that Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area of the Farwaniya Governorate has a privileged location on the Sixth Ring Road, next to Kuwait International Airport, Jaber Stadium, and Al-Shaddiya University, and it needs to establish more integrated commercial complexes that provide suitable rental spaces for the activities that is needed the area, especially with the high population of about 330,000 people.

And the state's direction to develop it in the coming period. Negm expected that the complex would witness a turnout from investors thanks to its location and the integrated services it provides, as well as meeting the increasing demand for administrative and commercial spaces that are witnessing a growth in demand with the return of commercial activity in abundance following the decline in closure procedures as a result of precautionary health measures.

Najm stressed that the company had witnessed rapid growth in the real estate development sector, thanks to its contemporary vision, advanced services, and innovative solutions in the real estate development, leasing, and project management sector, through its subsidiaries and associates, which include KEH, Pimco Integrated Project Management Company and Old Diamond Advertising Company.
