" Mudon Ahlia Real Estate Company announced the start of marketing the second phase of the Arkan Mall project, located in the Al-Qurain Markets Commercial City, after licenses for commercial and artisanal activities in the project were opened

CEO of Mudon Ahlia Real Estate Company, Omar Najm, stated in a press release that the company, as responsible for the development, marketing, and management of the project, which has a total cost of around 35 million dinars, expects a significant increase in rental rates due to the many advantages it offers to investors

Vital areas

Najm pointed out that the Arkan Mall project consists of several phases and is located in a vibrant area with high population density and underserved by commercial and artisanal projects. It was executed according to a modern and practical architectural style that meets the needs of tenants on one hand, and shoppers on the other, especially in terms of hospitality and entertainment services.

In addition, complementary services to the project are available, such as parking lots as well as a sophisticated organization of security, guarding, maintenance, cleaning and others.

He explained that despite the presence of a large number of malls and multi-purpose commercial centers in Kuwait, they are concentrated in certain geographic areas and are still unable to accommodate the significant growth in demand and purchasing power, especially in areas located outside the capital and traditional shopping destinations.

Center Group

He also pointed out that Arkan Mall is a group of multi-purpose commercial centers in that area, covering an area of 3,000 square meters and a building area of about 7,240 square meters, with a total rental area of about 5,600 square meters, including 238 commercial stores targeting various activities.

He confirmed that companies operating in the construction and marketing of commercial complexes in Kuwait are witnessing an increasing demand from global retail companies operating in various fields, especially clothing, food, and consumer goods, to open more branches.
