KEB for Engineering Consultations, affiliated with Mudon Group, announced the completion Clinics Complex (Cure Tower) Project owned by Rikaz Real Estate Company in Jahra area, with a building area of 3,500 square meters distributed over 15 floors, at a total cost of 3.5 million dinars. In a press release on this occasion, the office emphasized on the importance of the new project in helping to develop health services among the area, which includes about 500,000 citizens and expatriate, distributed among 24 urban communities, including 14 within the Jahra urban assembly, followed by ten outside it. The statement added that the architectural, structural, and electrical designs, air conditioning and firefighting works, sanitation, and water works were completed in accordance with the requirements of modern clinics in various specialties and in adherence of the building requirements, standards and safety, after reviewing the relevant government agencies.
The statement indicated that the Jahra region still needs to establish more diverse health facilities, as official statistics indicate that there are eight hospitals out of a total of 85 hospitals in Kuwait, 15 clinics out of a total of 111 clinics across whole Kuwait, and one health complex out of a total of 12 complexes across whole Kuwait. The statement revealed that the office, through its advanced programs and construction management services, contributed significantly to controlling the cost of the projects that it is supervising its implementation in conjunction with adherence to the highest quality standards.
The statement stated that KEB Office has provided, since 1966, a variety of services, including architectural, engineering, planning, and project management consultancy services, and succeeded during that period in the completion of many governmental and private projects in various sectors, and has extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, where previously designed and supervised the implementation of 22 malls and commercial centers in Kuwait and the region. The statement indicated that the office has an engineering, technical and administrative team with diverse experiences and skills capable of providing specialized and various architectural consultancies in accordance with the latest approved international standards and has a record of achievements in Kuwait and a large number of countries in the region.
